In the valley of the mountain, on the land covered with pearls, the original Sri Hari performed Raas dance with Sri Radhika. There, on a beautiful throne decorated with flowers, the lovers Radha and Madhav sat and it looked as though a girl with the beauty of lightning and dark clouds were shining together. There, all the girls were decorating Sri Radha very happily. They applied sandal, saffron, musk, rouge, perfume, perfumed paste, and black eyeliner and sprinkled essence of sweet-smelling flowers on their idol, Sri Radha. Decorated in this manner Sri Radha's beauty was shining as bright as divine flame.

King! With Her Sri Hari, on top of Giriraj was shining like Dakshinaa with Yagna Narayan. Lord of Mithila! the place where Sri Radha was decorated in the Raas on the Govardhan mountain became famous with the name 'Shringar Mandal'. After that Sri Krishna along with His Dear Gpoika Beauties went to Chandrasarovar. There, He moved around as the King of elephants moves around with female elephants. Chandrama herself came there and presented to Sri Radha and Shyamasundar Sri Hari, two lovely

Chandrakantamanis and a lotus with thousand petals. Thereafter enjoying the beauty of Vrindavan, Sri Krishna went to Bahulavan which was resplendent with attractive creepers. There, seeing all the Gopis profusely sweating He played the ' Meghamallaar' raga (tune) with the flute He was carrying. Then the clouds gathered and it started to rain.

King! At the same time a cool breeze began to blow emenating a sweet smell. By this, all the gopika girls felt greatly comfortable. They all started singing together in high pitched voices, praising Sri Murari. In that forest, surrounded by the girls of Vraj, Sri Hari began the circular dance of Raas. During that dancing, all the Gopa beauties felt very thirsty. All of them with folded hands told the God of Raas, who was in the middle of the Raas circle thus.

Gopis said:- Lord! Ganga is very far away from here and we are feeling very thirsty. We also want to perform the attractive Raas here itself. We will play in the water and drink water here. You are the Master of creating, protecting, and destroying this world. Please help us.

Sri Narada says:-  Hearing this Sri Krishna tapped on the ground with His cane and immediately water gushed out from the earth which is called ' VetraGanga'. Just by touching that water even the sin of Brahmahatya (killing a brahmana) goes away. King of Mithila! By bathing in the Vetra Ganga, one becomes eligible to enter Golok.

Madanamohan Baghawan Sri Krishna Hari along with Sri Radha and other Gopika girls played in the water and proceeded to Kumudavan, which was splendorous with the mesh of creepers. The humming of bees was heard everywhere. In that forest also Sri Hari did Raas with all the girls. There itself in front of all the girls, Sri Radha decorated Sri Krishna with divine flowers. She covered His body with Champa flowers. She made armlets with golden-colored Juhi flowers. She gave the shape of ear drops to the petals of a lotus, which enhanced the beauty of His ears. She garlanded Sri Krishna, with a garland which was made of mohini, malati, kunda and ketaki flowers. Wearing a crown and bracelets made of kadamba flowers, the parts of Sri Krishna's body evoked more gracefulness. He was looking more decorated with a garland made of Tulsi and Manjari. After being decorated like this by His beloved, He was looking cheerful like Vasant(spring season) personified in Kumudvan and was shining.

Mridang, veena, flutes, harp, cymbals, hand drums were being played and along with these, the gopis were clapping with their hands and began singing. The girls were entertaining Sri Radha and Shyamasundar by singing in different ragas such as Bhairav, Meghmallar, Deepak, Maalakos, Sreerag, and Hindol alternately in eight rhythms, three graamas, and seven notes and dancing with attractive body languages and expressions. From there singing sweet songs, Madhav along with those lovely girls went to Madhuvan. Upon reaching their, God of Raas, played Raas with the Goddess of Raas Sri Radha. In the bright moonlight in the month of Vaishakha, the breeze was blowing with the sweet smell of Kahlaar flowers and the aroma of honey and the pleasant smell of Malati flowers and on all four sides. Flowers were blooming on Madhavi creepers. In such a secluded place Sri Krishna was enjoying with the Gopikas, just like the King of Devas, Indra enjoys in Nandavan.
