A warm welcome to all the
readers and listeners. With the grace of the divine, servants of
Swami Ramanuja have undertaken this effort of bringing Garga Bhagavatam (Garga
Samhita) to the unlimited space of the internet. We offer our humble
obeisances to the feet of our Gurus and to the feet of the great Garga Muni and
beseech him for his divine guidance. We seek the blessings of all the
Bhagavatas in this endeavor.
"योजनानां सहस्राणि शनैर्गच्छेत्पिपीलिका
|
अगच्छन् वैनतेयोऽपि पदमेकं
न गच्छति ||"

vainateyopi padamekam na gacchati||
The famous subhashita quoted
above says, even if there is a distance of a thousand yojanas ahead, an ant can
still travel slowly, one step at a time. However even the great Garuda, the
divine vehicle of the Lord, will go nowhere if he is stationary. And so our
journey begins! We welcome you to travel with us!
