Golok Darshan by Brahma and Other Gods

Narada says:- Some bad humans are blessed with the capacity to sing, but do not pray by singing the songs of the Praiseworthy Lord Sri Krishna. Even though they are given a ladder to climb up to heaven and salvation, they refuse to even try to step on it. Oh, king! Now I will tell you all the great deeds of Lord Krishna whose lotus feet descended on this earth in the age of Varaaha.
Once upon a time when Mother Earth could not bear the troubles created by the demons, wicked human beings and cruel kings She took the form of a Cow went to heaven to meet the Creator Brahma to tell about her sufferings, She was weeping and trembling with fear. Brahma after listening to her troubles and tribulations advised her to seek the help of Lord Vishnu. Brahma pacified and along with all the other Devas along with Lord Shiva took her to Vaikunta to seek the help of The four shouldered Lord Maha Vishnu. After going there and paying respects to the supreme Lord Brahma explains their plight to the Lord. Then the husband of Devi Lakshmi advises thus.
Lord Vishnu said:- Only Sri Krishna is the Lord of innumerable worlds and the only complete (paripoornaavatar). His powers are unlimited and unquestionable. Without His grace, it is impossible to come out of this troublesome predicament.
Brahma asks:- Lord! other than you is there a more complete element than yourself, I do not know this fact. If there is a more powerful God than you then please show me His world.
Narada says:-  When Brahma asked thus, Lord Vishnu shows to all the Devas including Brahma the way to Golokdham which was situated outside the crest of the Brahmaanda (universe). At the crest of the Brahmaanda, there is a crater formed when Vamana Deva pressed it with the toe of his left foot. The crater is replete with eternal Nectar (Bramhadrav).  All the Devas started their journey towards the crest of the Brahmaanda in a Jalayaan (divine ship) which was heading towards it. They travelled in the ship and arrived outside the Brahmaanda. Underneath, they could see the entire Brahmaanda as a  Kalinga (a melon shaped ball).
As they continued to travel upwards, they also saw many other Brahmaandas(universes) floating in the waters like innumerable melon fruits. They were wonder-struck at this sight. Then traveling a long distance (many yojanas) they saw eight cities. There were beautiful ramparts around the cities on all four sides. There were also many trees resplendent with precious stones which were enhancing the beauty of the cities. There, they saw the banks of the river Viraja (Viraja Nadhi). The waves in the river were touching the banks of the river. The whole area was like a bright and shining silk cloth and was a feast to the eyes. After enjoying the splendor of the Viraja river, the Devas proceeded to the town which was shining brightly as if it encased the brightness of a million Suns. The Devas could not open their eyes because of the brightness. They were amazed at the brightness and stood still.
As per the advice of Lord Vishnu, Brahma paid respects to the brightness and started praying. Amidst the brightness, he saw a beautiful and serene garden. There they saw a white snake (Seshanag) with a thousand faces. All the Devas prayed to the snake. On the lap of the Seshanag was the most beautiful Golokdham. There, even the lord of lords, Easwara could not enter. Even Maya could not spell her magical powers. No one was allowed to enter that place. Even mind, thought, intelligence, pride and the sixteen disorders and shadow of pure consciousness can not also enter, let alone the three characteristics. The place was guarded by two most beautiful dwarapalakis who refused to let the Devas inside.
The Devas said:- We are Brahma,Vishnu, Shankar who are guardians of the universe and Indra Devas and we have come here to see Lord Krishna.
Narada says:- Listening to the Devas, the dwarapaalika, Shatachandranana, who was holding a cane stick came out and asked the Devas the reason for meeting Sri Krishna.
Shatachandranana asks:- All of you Devas who come here belong to which universe? Please tell me quickly so that I can inform Sri Krishna.
Devas said:- This is very surprising. Are there different universes? We have never seen them. We thought there was only one universe and none other.
Shatachandranana said:- Brahma Deva, many universes are floating here and there in the Vraja river. Oh Devas, you do not even know the name of your universe? I think you have never come here before. You are living happily in your own homes like a worm that lives inside the fruit and does not know about other fruits. Similarly, you ordinary people who are born in one universe, think that is the only universe.
Narada says:- King! upon being ridiculed like this, the Devas were stunned, stood quietly. Seeing their plight Bhagawan Vishnu speaks.
Sri Vishnu said:- We live in that universe, in which the ancient avatar of Prishni Garbha happened and in which a whole was formed at the tip with the toe of Vamana (Thrivikrama - Viraat roopadhari Vamana) avatar.
Narada says:- After listening to Maha Vishnu, Shatachandranana was pleased and praised the Lord and went inside. She came back quickly and led the Devas inside and offered them seats and took leave.
Afterward, all the Devas saw the most beautiful Golokdham. There, king of the hills Giriraj was reigning. That kingdom was full of Gopikas and cows. The place was full of Kalpakavrikshas (wish full filling trees)and was being decorated for dancing (raasa mandal) . There the blue colored Yamuna river was flowing with sweet musical sound. There were lovely steps made of precious metals, On the banks of the river many kinds of palaces adding to the beauty. The wonderful trees and creepers were adding to the beauty of the divine Vrindavan. Different kinds of colourful birds and bees were enhancing the beauty of the place. A pleasant breeze with the aroma of a thousand lotus flowers was blowing across. In the middle of Vrindavan there is a thicket with thirty-two red-colored Aksahya trees which was a sight to behold. The walls were embedded with precious stones such as padmaraaga etc and their beauty was enhanced by the light of a million Moons and many shining marbles are hanging. The pathways are glorified with fully blossomed flowers. The humming of bees is like sweet music. One can also hear the sound of peacocks and Parrots. Lovely Gopikas adorning jewels with colorful precious stones with flower garlands around their necks are roaming around in the courtyard. At every door you can see lovely cows.
Even the cows are decorated with jewels and flowers. The cows are all of different colors and hues. Such good-natured milk yielding cows are roaming everywhere with the sweet sound of the tinkling bells around their necks. Their beauty is enhanced by the young calves who run around like deer. Among their flock, wide-bodied bulls with long necks and huge horns are also moving around. Many cow herds are also there, some of them are holding cane sticks in their hands and some are having beautiful flutes. They are all singing the pastimes(leelas) of Sri Krishna so sweetly that even Kamadev is influenced by them.
After seeing this, the Devas moved further. They saw a very huge lotus flower with a thousand petals. It was very beautiful and bright. On top of that, there is another lotus with sixteen petals. On top of that, there is a throne with three steps adorned with most precious stones which looks very grand and beautiful. On that throne, Sri Krishna is sitting with Sri Radhe. All the Devas got this beautiful darshan. They were filled with bliss and shed tears of joy. They were immersed in the ocean of happiness, They all paid their obeisance to the Lord Sri Krishna.
